Refund policy

If you're not 100% happy with your purchase, you can return your product within 60 days, no questions asked. To get a return started, email us at hello@puriphied.com and we'll get you taken care of!

If you are having installation issues, let us know at hello@puriphied.com, and we will gladly help you troubleshoot.

Note

  • Buyer is responsible for return shipping
  • 12% restocking fee
  • Shipping and handling charges and taxes paid are non-refundable
  • Returns that are missing parts/pieces of the product do not qualify for a refund

Refunds are issued once we receive the product in our warehouse. Credit card refunds can take 5-10 business days to show up on your statement so please be patient.

Exclusions:

  • Used and opened Filter Refills

Damages:

  • Damages must be reported within 10 days of receiving the product
